Point Cook Motorcycle Club will again be involved in the organising of the Pink Ribbon Ride. Organisers Marcel Gomperts, Alex Money and Dan Mumby have secured the fund-raising event for the Cancer Council Victoria with the Point Cook Town Centre, who will host the event on Sunday OCTOBER 25th 2009.

2008 was a great start, with just 4 weeks to organise the event, and many clubs already committed to small local rides, the attendence of around 200 bikes, was, whilst small, a great crowd all the same.

For those that have noticed that the destination location looks like an empty paddock on the satellite map, the Point Cook Town Centre is very new, and the Google picture is a couple of years old. Smile

We've also noticed that Google's directions for entering the town centre might be incorrect. Entry location points will be confirmed closer to the event.
